Ministering to children in our parish is a vital part of fostering their spiritual growth and connecting them with the broader faith community. We have two dedicated and wonderful Sunday school teachers Chandrani & Karen who shoulders the responsibility of bringing gospel to the children.

 

Children's Religious Education Programs

• Sunday School: Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons on the Bible, prayer, and the teachings of the Church. Use visuals, songs, and crafts to make lessons memorable. During Mass, children leave the main sanctuary to hear the Word of God at a level appropriate for their age. They can engage with the scriptures through stories, discussion, and activities.

• It allows them to learn in a setting where they feel comfortable, yet connected to the wider worship experience.

 

Our  goal in ministry to children involves a combination of education, involvement, and spiritual nurturing. It's about helping children build a foundation of faith that they can carry with them throughout their lives while also fostering a sense of belonging in the Church community.
